More than 200 artists will set up at Highlander Park for Dunedin's 62nd annual Art Harvest on Nov. 7-8.

The juried outdoor festival, hosted by the Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin, runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days at 903 Michigan Blvd. Admission is free. Parking costs $5, according to Axios Tampa Bay's fall events guide.

This year's featured artist is Larry Moore, whose vibrant, expressive work captures life through bold color and personal perspective, according to the Junior League's Art Harvest page. Past editions have featured painting, ceramics, sculpture, glass, photography, jewelry and mixed media from artists across the country.

The Junior League is also offering a Syd Entel VIP Experience with exclusive perks and premium amenities for attendees who want more than general admission.

Proceeds from Art Harvest support the Junior League's work advancing women's leadership and community programs in the Clearwater-Dunedin area. Malena Allison is the organization's president.

Fine Art Center show kicks off arts weekend

Art Harvest is part of a larger arts weekend built around a partnership with the Dunedin Fine Art Center. The art center's 40th annual Holiday Show opens the evening of Nov. 6, launching the celebration before Art Harvest begins at Highlander Park the following morning.

The festival also falls under Art Everywhere, a new monthlong initiative funded by a Creative Pinellas grant through Pinellas County arts tourism dollars. The Junior League said the initiative features nearly 30 local artists and organizations celebrating the area's creative community.

Earlier closing time, parking options for visitors

One change from last year: the 61st Art Harvest ran until 5 p.m. both days. This year's edition closes an hour earlier, at 4 p.m.

Drivers heading to Highlander Park can find parking lots on Harvard Avenue, on Ed Eckert Drive, next to the Dunedin Fine Art Center and at the Dunedin Community Center, according to Dunedin's parking information.
