Palm Harbor's annual Halloween Carnival returns Oct. 30 with a haunted chapel, hayride and free trick-or-treating at 1190 Georgia Ave.

Palm Harbor Parks & Recreation is hosting the event from 6 to 9 p.m. under the theme "Tales from the Chapel: Where Buried Legends Come to Life." The carnival is moving back to downtown Palm Harbor in 2026, according to the department's events page, where the White Chapel at the Georgia Avenue site will be transformed into a haunted attraction.

The haunted chapel, hayride and inflatables all require a wristband. Wristbands cost $8 when pre-purchased and $10 at the door. Trick-or-treating, provided by community vendors stationed throughout the event, is free.

Beyond the headline attractions, the carnival includes carnival games, face painting and dodgeball. Food and drink will be available for purchase on-site.

The Wicked Women Dance Troupe will stage charity performances during the evening. The troupe's shows are part of a broader entertainment lineup at the Georgia Avenue grounds.

Curlew Hills Memory Gardens is sponsoring the carnival, according to the organizer’s official event flyer.

Costumes are encouraged.
