Monthly Cheese Tasting Returns to Cueni Brewing

Cueni Brewing Co., 945 Huntley Ave. in Dunedin, hosts its monthly Cheese & Beer Pairing 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23. Becca, a certified cheese professional with more than 16 years in the industry, leads the tasting. She earned her Certified Cheese Professional credential from the American Cheese Society in 2014, according to the Tampa Bay Beacons events calendar. Tickets are $30 and seating is limited.

The brewery also hosts Beer & the Bible, a weekly faith-and-spirituality discussion group, at 6:45 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17. The group welcomes lifelong believers and those curious about spirituality alike.

Weekly Farmers Market Sets Up Downtown

The Dunedin Downtown Market returns 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, in the Dunedin History Museum parking lot at 349 Main St. The weekly market features fresh produce and gourmet items.

Swing Dancers Take the Floor in Palm Harbor

Palm Harbor Dancesport, 2710 Alt 19 N., Suite 201, holds its 3rd Saturday Swing Dance 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19. A dance lesson starts at 7:10 p.m. Sherry's Steampunk Cabaret begins at 8 p.m. Advance tickets are $15 and include the lesson. Door price is $20, cash or Venmo. Bilingual Book Club Debuts With Chocolate Tasting

Palm Harbor Library, 2330 Nebraska Ave., launches a new Bilingual Book Tasting club 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22. The first selection is "Like Water for Chocolate" by Laura Esquivel. The evening includes discussion and a chocolate sampling. Reservations are available through the library.

Two Events Fall Just Outside This Week's Window

  • Vintage Vibes Dance Night: Hale Senior Activity Center, 330 Douglas Ave. in Dunedin, launches a new monthly dance 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24. The debut theme is "Records vs. 8-Tracks," and costumes from a favorite dance decade are encouraged. Admission is $5. Call 727-298-3299.
