The Dunedin History Museum's Drive & Shine Car Show rolls back to Main Street on Sunday, Oct. 4, with free admission and a lineup of classic and modern vehicles in the museum's parking lot at 349 Main St.
Admission is free.
The show is the third installment in a quarterly series. The first two events, held March 22 and June 21, drew sponsors including South State Bank, Bon Appétit, Dimmitt and Duke Energy. The June show ran from 7 to 11 a.m. and appeared as a completed special event in the City of Dunedin's July manager's report.
The museum, a nonprofit housed in Dunedin's 1924 train depot, describes the series on its event page as a growing community event that celebrates vehicles, local partnerships and Dunedin's spirit.

The museum also recently received a $20,000 Duke Energy Foundation grant for its "Freedom in Focus: Florida's Legacy of Liberty for America 250" exhibit, which remains on view through Nov. 13. Operations manager Danela Gutierrez said in a June 23 announcement of the grant that the partnership "reflects a shared commitment to keeping our community strong by connecting residents to both their history and their role in shaping what comes next."
